2 to 3 prenatal meetings — we get to bond, I get on the same page of your birth dreams and preferred comfort measures, and more. Partners encouraged to attend but not required.

1 postpartum visit customized around what you want or need — timing and wishes discussed prenatally

Going actively on call for you at 37 weeks

Available by text or phone throughout our relationship

If birthing out of hospital, I’ll join the 36-week “birth team” meeting

Optional: support for other prenatal appointments, such as attending a physical therapy assessment with you or joining your first meeting at a support group you don’t want to try out alone.

While birthwork is part of my paid work outside my home, I believe that everything revolves around connection. I’m here to serve and support your biggest dreams for your birth, and in the process of pregnancy and birth you deserve to be surrounded by people encouraging you to surrender to the process as we, your birth team, hold you. More about me as a doula…

I’ve had a doula at every one of my births, the one constant other than my husband and myself (even the child has changed each time haha!). In every birth setting, it’s been an irreplaceable support role that I love having — and love filling.

I believe the heart of serving in a birth as a doula is about connection. While a doula’s education and practical skillset do matter, everything centers around a woman being comfortable with the doula she’s chosen; comfortable enough to surrender, walk through the birth portal, and be met by a reassuring witness to her process.

In the prenatal period, I connect with your wishes and dreams for birth and get on your page for the support you want. In the birth space, I combine the practical skills of doula work with heartfelt connection and encouragement. I can’t wait to serve your growing family.
